This home is so impressive it’s hard to know where to start.
You will be in awe of this fabulous home from the moment you walk through the front gate.
When you make your way up the grand staircase to the main living area of the house you begin to realize the scale of this home. It has an impressive 1,200 square meters of living space and a 600 square meter rooftop terrace. Not to mention the large space next to the infinity edge pool.
If you like to entertain, this home is for you. The living area has been beautifully finished and furnished and offers beautiful views of Pattaya and the sea.
The open plan of the living area is great for dinner parties and entertaining. It has a gorgeous dining table that seats 12 and is just a few steps away from the kitchen/bar making meal prep and service a breeze. The kitchen has been fully equipped with BOSCH appliances and offers loads of counter space and cabinets.
Your guests will be impressed with the huge wine cellar with glass walls to showcase your collection.
The large TV/sitting area is a great place to enjoy a movie or watch your favorite sporting event. It is beautifully furnished with plenty of room for guests.
The living area opens up to the large outdoor area around the infinity edge pool, opening up the outdoor for even more room to entertain. All the while being impressed with the beautiful views.
The ensuite master bedroom is also on this floor and offers the same spectacular views. It, like all of the bedrooms in the home has been beautifully decorated and furnished. It has a large walk in closet with plenty of room for clothes, shoes and handbags as well as a large safe for your valuables. There is also a private balcony which is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or enjoy a drink while watching the sunset over Pattaya.
The master bath ensures ultimate comfort with dual wash basins, a large bathtub and a shower/steam room. Oh, and did we mention the television built into the mirror and the Japanese toilet?
Several guest bedrooms are located toward the back of the home ensuring privacy and comfort. All of the guest bedrooms are ensuite with large showers and Japanese toilets. The bedrooms offer plenty of room and have been beautifully furnished.
Before we make our way to the rooftop terrace let’s take the elevator down to the ground floor that houses one of the largest home gyms you will find in Pattaya.
If you’re a fitness enthusiast you are going to love this 120 square meter home gym. It is better equipped than a lot of the gyms you will find in condos around town. It has sturdy, professional grade gym flooring, multistation machines, free weights and cardio equipment. Everything you need to get, or stay in shape. It is air conditioned and has its own bathroom.
The ensuite home office is also on this floor as well as a lovely sitting area and the large garage.
There is a beautiful guest suite on this floor that has its own kitchen and lounge offering complete privacy for guests.
If you make your way outside to the back of the home you will find a Thai style kitchen and 3 ensuite bedrooms for the staff. This home has absolutely everything!
Now up to the roof and the 600 square meter terrace.
The rooftop is a great place for parties in the beautiful Pattaya evenings. It offers plenty of room for large gatherings and has some of the best views of Pattaya that you will find anywhere.
This impressive home has to be seen to be believed. Many small touches and designs make it one of the most well thought out and designed homes in the area.
Siam Royal View is one of the premier housing developments in the city. It is well maintained and offers excellent communal facilities and security.
It is only a short drive to Central Pattaya and there are many types of shops and services in the area.
