ราคาพาร์ คืออะไร ? มีประโยชน์อะไรรึเปล่า ?

มีคนถามว่าราคา par คืออะไร เค้าเห็นว่ามันต่างจาก IPO มากและบางบริษัทก็ 1 บาทบ้าง 0.5 บาทบ้าง
เอาจริงๆในอดีตมันอาจจะมีประโยชน์อะไรซักอย่าง แต่ในเวลานี้คือมันไม่มีสาระอะไรครับ มันเป็นตัวเลขหน่วยที่กำหนดขึ้นมาเฉยๆเหมือนแค่ให้ทุนจดทะเบียนกับจำนวนหุ้นมันสอดคล้องกัน อย่างสมมติผมบอกผมมีเงิน 100 บาทอยู่ในรูปเหรียญสิบก็จะรู้ทันทีว่าผมมีเหรียญอยู่ 10 เหรียญถูกมะ แต่ถ้าบอกอยู่ในรูปเหรียญบาทก็แปลว่าผมมีเหรียญบาทอยู่ 100 เหรียญ อารมณ์มันประมาณนั้นแหละ ถ้าบริษัทบอกว่ามีทุนออกและชำระแล้ว 1 ล้านบาท หุ้นราคาพาร์ 1 บาทก็คือมีจำนวน 1 ล้านหุ้น แต่ถ้าหุ้นราคาพาร์ 10 บาทก็คือมีจำนวน 1 แสนหุ้น มีประโยชน์แค่นี้แหละ
แล้วมันก็ไม่ได้มีความเกี่ยวข้องอะไรกับราคา IPO เลยนะ คือราคา IPO นี่คือตอนที่บริษัทระดมทุนเป็นครั้งแรกขายหุ้นให้กับสาธารณะ ซึ่งเค้าก็ตั้งให้สูงที่สุดที่คิดว่าจะขายได้แหละ ไม่ได้ตั้งราคา IPO อิงตามราคาพาร์หรืออะไร
และแน่นอนก็ไม่ได้เกี่ยวข้องกับราคาหุ้นในปัจจุบันหรือมูลค่าของหุ้นเลย เพราะราคาพาร์นั่นมันตั้งมาตั้งแต่แรกตอนเริ่มบริษัท เมื่อเวลาผ่านไปบริษัททำได้ดีไม่ดีมูลค่าเปลี่ยนไป ก็ยิ่งไม่เกี่ยวอะไรกับราคาพาร์นั่นเข้าไปใหญ่
สรุปคือ ไม่มีสาระอะไรและไม่ต้องไปสนใจมันครับ

จากหัวข้อก่อนหน้าที่พูดถึงในเรื่องของ pip คืออะไร กันไปแล้ว วันนี้จะมาอธิบายในหัวข้อ Pip value คือ อะไร กันต่อ ความหมายตรงตัวของคำว่า pip value คือ มูลค่าของ pip นั่นเอง ซึ่งหากตีความหมายในการเทรด forex แล้วก็คือมูลค่าต่อการเคลื่อนไหวของราคาต่อ pip ซึ่งในแต่ละการเคลื่อนไหวของราคานั้นจะมีมูลค่าต่อ pip เท่าไหร่ก็ขึ้นอยู่กับขนาดของ Lot ที่เราได้กดซื้อขายออกไปด้วย ซึ่งเราจะมีอธิบายว่า Lot คืออะไรในหัวข้อถัดไปอีกที
