Nhưng cũng có điều rất hay là hiện nay, trên nghiên cứu người ta thấy khi dùng nhóm thuốc này kết hợp với thuốc dạ dày sẽ có thể ngăn ngừa xuất huyết tiêu hóa.

Clopidogrel is an antiplatelet agent (thienopyridine type) administered orally, which inhibits clot formation in coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, and cerebrovascular disease. It acts by irreversibly inhibiting a receptor called P2Y12, a chemoreceptor for ADP.
Clopidogrel is indicated in:
Prevention of ischemic events in patients with symptomatic arteriosclerosis.
Acute coronary syndrome, with or without ST elevation.
It is also used in combination with acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin), for the prevention of thrombosis after coronary stenting or as an alternative antiplatelet therapy for patients who do not tolerate acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin).

What is Clopidogrel ( Plavix 75 mg )?
Clopidogrel is an antiplatelet agent. The active metabolite of clopidogrel selectively inhibits the binding of adenosine diphosphate (ADP) to its platelet P2Y12 receptor and the subsequent ADP mediated activation of the glycoprotein GPIIb/IIIa complex, thereby inhibiting platelet aggregation. This action is irreversible.
It is available as 75 mg tablets.
Clopidogrel is used to prevent heart attacks and strokes in persons with heart disease (recent heart attack), recent stroke, or blood circulation disease (peripheral vascular disease). It is also used with aspirin to treat new/worsening chest pain (new heart attack, unstable angina) and to keep blood vessels open and prevent blood clots after certain procedures (such as cardiac stent).
The usual dosage of Clopidogrel
Recent MI, Recent Stroke, or Established Peripheral Arterial Disease: PO 75 mg once daily with or without food. Acute Coronary Syndrome (Unstable Angina/NonQWave MI): ADULTS: PO Start with a 300 mg loading dose, then continue at 75 mg once daily, initiating and continuing aspirin (75 to 325 mg/day) in combination with clopidogrel.
