    Furthermore
    1.How to break a bad habit?
    We can us the five second rule
    2. How does this work?
    Example: If you are trying to break your habit of excessive refined sugar intake make sure that it takes more than five seconds to reach the jar of refined sugar( Keep it in store room or you have to go to a store to buy some😊)
    3. Why five seconds?
    Our brains are not wired to do things that are difficult and taking out more than five seconds seems hard. This is just the way to trick your brain to break bad habit.

  2. study puplished in 2020 showed that men who took finasteride (the medicine ali took to combat his hairloss) had 4 times the risk of developing depression. To men seeing this its probably not worth the risk in that case^
