The “Yield Curve” is a curve, showing several yields or interest rates across different maturities say, 1 year, 2 years, 10 years, etc., for a similar debt contract.
The curve shows the relation between the interest rate and the time to maturity, known as the “term”, of the debt.
The Treasury Bonds or Government Bonds for various maturities are commonly plotted on a graph which is called “Yield Curve”.
The mathematical descriptions of this relation are often called the term structure of interest rates.

Small Treasury Yield volatility / Market Recap + Trade Review Oct 6-7, 2021
Yields have been on my watchlist lately with the increase in overall market volatility. In the first part of this video we went over some of the very basics of how to watch the yield curve. The 2 year yield (Symbol 2YSME with interactive brokers) stood out to me as a good beginner product if you are starting to get familiar with futures. In the 2nd part of this video is a trading/channel update and we looked at the recent rally in equities. There is a trade review at the very end of the video if you were patient enough to stick around!
