The Summit Windmill Golf Club is a 5star golfing resort located on Bangna–Trad Road, in the Bang Phli district of Samut Prakan province, in Thailand. On 400 rais of land, the golf club offers a peaceful and luscious green area with golf available both for day and night. Other than the golf course, the club also offers a 5star, allsuite hotel named the Summit Windmill Golf Residence, which has 70 rooms with areas ranging from 109 to 250 sq.m. and is available for long stay or daily rent. The hotel is designed in an Asian contemporary style and all rooms are fully furnished with modern appliances with a panoramic view of the golf course.
The golf course itself has all the outlets needed for golfers and guests alike, including an openair Modern Asian style clubhouse, a locker room with 200 lockers for service and a lounge area with views of the course. The Summit Windmill Golf Club has a championship 18hole layout open every day of the week. The layout of the course offers a challenge with various hills and water hazards, comprising a third of the course. Bunkers come in different sizes and shapes to challenge golfers on every shot. The Par 4 16th is the signature hole of the course with a long bunker and water to the left of the fairway from teeoff to the green.
The most talked about feature of the golf course is the night golf, which in the last 10 years of opening has become very popular with golfers. The course employs hydraulic posts to raise the lights when it gets dark and lower them during the day to avoid interfering with views. LED lights provide adequate lighting to the course in the nighttime, providing a memorable golfing experience under the moonlight.
