50% of the American population is made up of introverts, however society has a negative stigma placed on the word. In her talk, grade 12 student Crystal Robello provides insight on the struggles of being an introvert in today’s society as well as reasons to show there is nothing wrong with it. She challenges the negative asked aspects of introverts and tries to prove that’s there are no negatives. Crystal hopes to inspire others to accept themselves for who they truly are.
Crystal Robello is a 17 yearold grade 12 student at St. Mary Catholic Secondary School. She has been playing soccer competitively for 5 years, but has been playing the sport since she was nine. Crystal is also involved in musical theater, as she was a cast member in this year’s production of Young Frankenstein at her school. As a returning member of her schools TedEd club for the second year, Crystal is excited to share her opinions and experiences through her Ted Talk.

การสร้าง Passive Income มีหลายวิธีครับ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นในรูปแบบของธุรกิจหรือกิจการที่ให้ Cash Flow ที่มั่นคง หรือการลงทุนในอสังหาริมทรัพย์ แต่หากเรายังไม่มีเงินก้อนใหญ่หรือปัจจัยอื่นๆ ตั้งแต่แรก การค่อยๆ เก็บสะสมหุ้นพื้นฐานดี ปันผลสูง ก็เป็นอีกทางเลือกหนึ่งที่น่าสนใจไม่น้อย

ใน EP.3 นี้ เราจะมาลองสร้างพอร์ตหุ้นปันผลแบบมั่นคงกัน (โดยจะขอคำนวณแบบง่ายๆ ไม่รวมภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย 10% ของเงินปันผล เพื่อตัดเรื่องเครดิตภาษีออกไปด้วยครับ และอยู่บนสมมติฐาน พอร์ทหุ้นปันผลที่ให้ปันผลที่นิ่งในชั่วระยะเวลาหนึ่ง บนสภาวะเศรษฐกิจและสภาพอุตสาหกรรมในภาวะปกติใน ขณะ ใด ขณะหนึ่ง เพื่อง่ายต่อการคำนวณ) … ว่าถ้าหากเราอยากได้ Passive Income มาใช้เดือนละ 20,000 บาท เราต้องใช้เงินลงทุนซักเท่าไหร่? มีเงื่อนไขอย่างไร ต้องมีมุมมองอย่างไร ปรับเปลี่ยนหรือ rebalance พอร์ทบ่อยไหน รวมถึงจังหวะการซื้อหุ้นปันผลดีเข้าพอร์ทในเวลาที่เหมาะสม ไม่ให้ได้หุ้นดีในราคาแพงเกินไป (Dividend Yield) นอกจากนั้นยังมีของแถมท้ายคลิป เป็น 3 ลักษณะหุ้นปันผลที่ดี ควรมีอะไรบ้าง (ช่วงนี้ลืมเปิดไมค์ เสียงอาจไม่ชัดเท่าทีควร ขออภัยมา ณ ที่นี้ด้วยครับ) เพื่อเป็นแนวทาวไปสู่ “อิสรภาพทางการเงิน” คำที่ใครๆ ก็ชอบใช้ ใครๆ ก็อยากได้ ไม่ต้องทำงาน แต่มีเงินใช้ แต่กว่าจะไปถึงจุดนั้น ก็ไม่ใช่ง่าย ต้องผ่านการทำงาน กระบวนการ มาหนักไม่ใช่น้อย และการสร้างพอร์ทหุ้นปันผลที่มั่นคง ก็เป็นแนวทางนึง ที่จะไปสู่อิสรภาพทางการเงินได้อย่างแท้จริง

Meet the World’s New Record Breaking Gulfstream G700
I was invited to an exclusive viewing event of Gulfstream’s new flagship, the Gulfstream G700 in Doha, Qatar.
Gulfstream introduced the G700 as the industry’s new flagship aircraft. It boasts business aviation’s most spacious cabin and can fly farther, and faster, than any other competitor in the businessjet industry. Equipped with the allnew RollsRoyce Pearl 700 engines, and an advanced highspeed wing design, the G700 is able to fly at a recordbreaking speed (Mach .925) and range with outstanding efficiency.
The G700 cockpit features the awardwinning Symmetry Flight Deck, with active control sidesticks. The cockpit has done away with most buttons and replaced them with a clean touchscreen design on all panels.
Qatar Executive, the private jet arm of Qatar Airways, is the launch customer of G700. The executive charter service provider has ordered 10 of the world’s largest business jets, taking delivery of the very first aircraft off the Gulfstream assembly line in Georgia, US in 2022.
