2. Its best to buy once and cry once than curse the day you are born . OEM IS ALWAYS BETTER ! I sell parts in the Midwest . I stress go what works ! Most don't. Know your car and your vi# .it does help.

16. It depends on what it is, I will buy wiring harnesses or whatever on eBay, you can find good used parts on there, it’s about the only place to buy used parts.

19. Ha ha and sometimes the new parts are cheaper at the dealer, i had a 68 camaro and was replacing used flex plates i was getting at wrecking yards then when went to the chevy dealer i found out a new one was cheaper than what those crooks were selling at their yards, problem fixed.

24. Local Independent auto part stores are the best way to go . My family eventually sold out their business after 60 years to the the franchise store. Chinese knockoff put us out of business and the Internet put the nails in the coffin.

25. I bought new head light assemblies for my '97 Venture from a seller on ebay,,, Assemblies were total crap and the adjusters jammed and broke right away,,, Saving to buy OEM assemblies now,,, :-/

26. I priced some shocks for my 98 corvette and parts store trying to charge over 200+ when i can go on ebay and get a set for 78+tax. Of course they arent top of the line shocks but as long as they work im fine with that. When you buy oem your buying the brand. Sometimes aftermarket is better than oem

29. Why a fuel pump has to sit in a tank ? When a fuel pump is outside of tank, doesn't it work as well as one sits in a tank?
