Risperidone is an atypical drug. Risperidone tablet belongs to atypical neuroleptic class. Risperidone tablet alone has the property of 5HT2a and dopamine D2 antagonist. Risperidone has a halflife of 20 hours and bioavailability on oral route is 70%.

Công dụng Chỉ định của Risperdal 2mg
Risperdal được chỉ định trong điều trị tâm thần phân liệt cấp và mạn tính và các bệnh loạn thần khác, trong đó nổi bật các triệu chứng dương tính (như ảo giác, hoang tưởng, rối loạn tư duy, thù hằn, đa nghi) và/hoặc các triệu chứng âm tính (như cảm xúc cùn mòn, co rút về tình cảm và xã hội, ngôn ngữ nghèo nàn)
Risperdal cũng cải thiện các triệu chứng cảm xúc (như trầm cảm, mặc cảm tội lỗi, lo âu) kết hợp với tâm thần phân liệt
Cách dùng Liều dùng của Risperdal 2mg
Liều sử dụng: ngày đầu 2mg chia 2 lần, tăng dần đến khi tổng liều đến ngưỡng 68mg một ngày. Quá trình tăng trong vòng 3 ngày đến 1 tuần.
Người cao tuổi hoặc bệnh nhân suy giảm chức năng gan, thận: 1mg một ngày chia làm 2 lần.
Người lớn:
+ Mỗi lần uống có thể uống liều của cả ngày hoặc chia đôi.
+ Nên sử dụng liều 2mg một ngày với lần đầu tiên uống. Đến ngày tiếp theo có thể sử dụng đến 4mg, sau đó tiếp tục uống hoặc thay đổi liều tùy theo tình trạng bệnh nhân.
Người lớn tuổi:
+ Liều ban đầu là 1mg một ngày chia 2 lần uống.
Rối loạn lưỡng cực: uống 1 lần 1 ngày với liều ban đầu là 2mg. Cứ sau 24 giờ thì tăng lên 1mg đến khi đạt 6mg một ngày.
Điều trị tự kỷ: Tùy theo mức độ và tình trạng của từng người bệnh.
Với người suy giảm chức năng gan và thận: Liều ban đầu và liều duy trì phải giảm một nửa so với người bình thường.
