  5. there is one problem. What if everyone does their quadrant three delegation … there now if eventually is someone who has to do other peoples quadrant three which is not important to the delegated person… this is where it can break down… need some help with this

  8. In your Time Matrix at 10:23, I think you have the words “Avoid” and “Limit” reversed. According to Covey, we need to Avoid the quadrant 4 activities (non-urgent, non-important). We need to Limit quadrant 3 activities (urgent, but not important).

  12. Great job with this!!! I am sharing it with my family. I have read the book but this video has a great value in this fast paced era. Thank you 🙂 The only one thing I could criticize in this philosophy is min 6:30 when Money is mentioned as bing a "thing" and it is implied to be a negative focus…That said, money is a tool used to measure value. Too say you wouldn't want to focus your life on value would be contrary to the books main point. By focusing on money you are focusing on value and if acquired you can then redistribute that value under your control buying time and assets that can help people including yourself and the people you love. Again … Bravo!
