สวัสดีค่ะ วันนี้เรามาเรียนภาษาอังกฤษในเรื่องของความเผือกหรือการสอดรู้สอดเห็นกันค่ะ
Nosy (Nosey) showing too much curiosity about other people’s affairs. คือลักษณะอาการแสดงความอยากรู้เรื่องของผู้อื่นมากๆ นั่นก็คือ การสอดรู้สอดเห็น หรือว่า นิสัยเผือกเรื่องของชาวบ้านนั่นเอง
Nosy person คือคนที่ชอบสอดรู้สอดเห็น
Don’t be nosy (nosey) ก็คืออย่าทำตัวสอดรู้สอดเห็น หรือว่าอย่าเฝือกนั่นเองค่ะ
She is so nosy. ก็คือเธอเป็นคนสอดรู้สอดเห็น
ความหมายจะเดียวๆกับ Pry excessively interested in a person’s private affairs ความใส่ใจในเรื่องของคนอื่นอย่างมาก หรือ สอดรู้สอดเห็น อยากรู้อยากเห็น แปลอีกอย่างได้ว่า เเงะ
