เกร็ดความรู้คู่สุขภาพ | PrEP ยาต้านเชื้อเอชไอวี (HIV)
ถึงแม้ว่า PrEP จะช่วยป้องกันเชื้อ HIV ได้ แต่การไม่สวมถุงยางอนามัยเมื่อมีเพศสัมพันธ์ ก็อาจเพิ่มความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดโรคทางเพศสัมพันธ์อื่นๆได้

การเข้าถึงยา prep ปัจจุบันมีการนำเสนอมากในกลุ่ม MSM
ไม่ว่าเราจะเป็นกลุ่มนี้หรือไม่ความเสี่ยงของการมีเพศสัมพันธ์จะเป็นตัวตัดสินใจ
ได้ดีว่าเราสมควรจะรับยา prep หรือไม่
การเข้าถึงยา prep ในปัจจุบันสามารถเข้าถึงได้ง่ายเช่น
รพ.รัฐบาล รพ. เอกชน หรือคลีนิคเฉพาะกลุ่ม
ประสิทธิภาพของยา prep ก็สามารถป้องกันได้ดีโดยเราต้องกินยาอย่างต่อเนื่องสม่ำเสมอ
การตรวจเชื้อ HIV เป็นประจำ อาจจะทุกๆ 6 เดือนก็เป็นสิ่งที่ดีในการบอกสถานะของตนเอง
หนทางที่ดีที่สุดในการป้องกันเชื้อ HIV คือการไม่มีเพศสัมพันธ์และการมีคู่นอนคนเดียวที่ไม่ได้เป็นผู้ติดเชื้อ HIV
ไม่มั่ว ไม่หมู่ ไม่สด มีเพศสัมพันธ์อย่างมี limit และมีความรู็กันนะครับ
